jaguar xf climate control problems
Jun 24, 2014 路 Can anyone throw some light on this.Today my Climate Control went completely non-operational (the icon went grey and would not respond to touch). This meant - no temp indication, no ability to adjust temp settings, no heated seat control, in fact no anything. Out of frustration I disconnected

Does anyone actually know how the XF heating works? I mean there must be a least 5 litres of coolant and drive from cold 1/4 mile and you get nice toasty hot air from the vents. There's been a quite of lot of discussion on this, like the engine might be warm but the oil will still be warming, so HelloThis is either caused by a bad temperature servo motor on the driver side or a stuck door. This will be difficult to diagnose without a Jag factory tool which can read faults and test the climate control system.
